Health is still the Best Wealth

Overweight, underweight, perfect weight with bad health and many more comes when we talk about health. There is no complete diet which always keeps us fit. But some foods put us healthy. The benefits of vigorous nutrition are accessible to most of us. You have more energy, health improvisation, and productivity blossoms. Healthy eating also plays an enormous role in maintaining a healthy weight, which means a decreased risk of type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, heart problems, high blood pressure, and a host of other health ailments. 

Junk food: We always love the kind of food which pops our senses. The blend of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates that it contains. The smell, appearance, taste drags our attention, but we never understand the makeup done to those products to attract us. These are never nutritious food, rather, spoils our body both internal and external. 

How healthy eating? Nowadays, weight loss mania is recurring in everyone's mind and chooses to skip meals. Remember, skipping meals brings more health issues along with unhealthy weight. Glow in your skin drowns, and gastroenteritis burns your stomach. 

Use small: Bigger plates mean bigger portions. And that means you eat more. When you eat a small portion off of a large plate, your mind feels unsatisfied. Prefer to dine on a small plate so that you can consume less rather than skipping. 

  Healthy food:You could place a bowl of fruits or nuts near the front door or somewhere else that you pass by before you leave the house. When you’re hungry and in a rush, you are more likely to grab the first thing you see.

  Menu for it:

  • Every doctor and nutritionist recommend eating greenies and veggies. It might be hard at the beginning by improvises health and fitness.
  • Make some twists to your eating. For example, leafy veggies in a paratha, oats in a Kanji Vada.
  • Healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland. Mix up your foods to get different sensations and you may find it easier than eating the same foods over and over again.
  • Try to reduce oily food and add a bit less oil for cooking. Overconsumption of oil brings bad cholesterol to our body.
  • Eat whole foods that are unprocessed and that grew or lived outdoors.
Life is to live joyfully. It's never bad to eat pizzas or pani puris. But if it has a limit. Whenever you eat an unhealthy meal, follow it with a healthy one.
